 As February is “heart month,” it’s a good time for a reminder about the warning signs of heart attack and what you should and shouldn’t do if you suspect you are having one.
 Diverticulosis and diverticulitis are common disorders that often affect the colon. It occurs when bulges and pouches develop in the digestive tract. More than 60% of people over 80 may have diverticulosis.
 Exercise in your 3rd trimester. Right now I am at almost 33 weeks in my pregnancy and exercise is getting a little harder.
