Via Christi InMyHome is there to provide you with a lifetime of independence in the comfort of your own home.  As a member of the InMyHome Membership Program, you will enjoy customized support that will enable you to sustain your independent lifestyle at home for as long as possible.  You would enter the program healthy and will be provided with in-home care as needed.  You will also be assigned a Personal Care Coordinator who will work with you to develop a care plan and to be your advocate in the aging process. Through preventative care and additional care as your needs change, our goal is to keep you healthy, active, independent and comfortable in your home. 

Via Christi InMyHome also offers Smart Home Technology as an additional security to keep your home the safest place possible.  Through the versatile collection of sensors that monitor your safety, there is sure to be something that will give you the peace of mind in knowing that help is never far.
